Condition: Our ex-display items are all new, they can be cancelled orders or showroom models but are in fantastic condition. This item is graded as B grade. This is due to the centre leaf hinge slightly protruding under the wood where the extension pieces meet.
This is shown in pictures 2,3 & 4.
This is a brand new item but this is a factory production issue and has been rejected by quality control. Everything else is in full working order and obviously the issue is only slightly visible when the table is extending. The price is reflected with this issue.

Returns - In the unlikely event you're not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.
