I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend Heatons. My whole experience was very good. Chloe from the showroom was lovely and so helpful. She was there to answer any questions but never pressured us like you sometimes get in the well known sofa stores. Buying my sofa and delivery arrangements were so straight forward. I had to change my delivery date several times due to delays with my house renovations and they were very understanding about this. When I did receive my sofa the delivery men were so nice and friendly. They brought the sofa in and placed it exactly where I asked and removed all packaging. My whole experience with Heatons from start to finish was brilliant and would definitely recommend them.

After looking for a new sofa for the past 3 years, we visited Heatons a few times, I loved the style of the harbour. I was unsure if I could make the colour work in our living room. I decided to go with this one, everyone at Heatons were brilliant, they gave space for you to browse & we’re always on hand to answer questions. Delivery quick & they put it together & took packing as well as my old sofa away. Slight problem but was quickly sorted out. Highly recommend

The delivery boys were absolutely great. Set up of the sofas and chairs was quick and he really knew his stuff. Explained how everything worked. There was nothing to pick up so they were very speedy. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The ordering process was simple. Heatons kept me informed by email which works for me. Living in rural mid Wales and the current fuel crisis, I was in no hurry for my delivery. I ordered on 15 May and my sofa arrived on bank holiday Monday 25 May. That is some service - on a public holiday and it was roasting hot weather too. I was drop number 19 out of 23 I think and I felt sorry for the delivery guys on such a sweltering day. I had prepared well so they were in and out in minutes. My small Orla Kiely sofa was easy to put together. It is even better in the flesh than online. The seat is wide enough to enjoy a comfy cat nap. The price and service cannot be beaten in my experience.

After lung cancer surgery last year I’ve found it hard to relax on our old couch. We searched high and low, bought one from urban outfitters which was really unsupported and awful, was returned. Next bought one from Daals, which was like a rock, and they wouldn’t return it as it had been opened? Imagine an online store now allowing you to test a couch and it was made cheaply, it was damaged and they still wouldn’t return and refund so stuck with a couch that’s cost me £800 and a waste of space. Then we found Heatons which is literally 13 minutes from our home. The staff are incredible and they really were so helpful. We eventually found our very first reclining couch and it’s changed our lives, even the dog absolutely loves it. I cannot thank the whole team, Nicola, Chloe and even the owner, didn’t catch his name. They are a fantastic company and no wonder they have been in business for over 30 years. The 5 year extended warranty also is the biggest bonus of all. I couldnt recommend this company more! Thank you so much everyone! Really appreciated all your help and also the team who brought out amazing Jasmine home and set her up for us! Love Paula & Russ Green.
