A furniture outlet is a retail store or warehouse that sells furniture at discounted prices. It typically offers high-quality products from well-known brands at lower costs by selling cancelled orders, clearance items, overstock, or ex-display stock directly to customers. Furniture outlets provide great value by cutting out middlemen and passing savings on to shoppers without compromising on quality.
At Heatons Furniture Outlet, we specialise in sourcing the best big brand sofas, beds and mattresses - offering genuine outlet prices with savings up to 70% off. Based in Manchester, we combine great deals with exceptional customer service and fast UK delivery, making it easy to upgrade your home without breaking the bank.
At Heatons Furniture Outlet, we keep costs low by running a lean, no-frills operation. By cutting out middlemen and reducing overheads, we’re able to offer big brand sofas and furniture at genuine outlet prices. This means you get high-quality products without the typical retail markups.
With over 30 years of experience sourcing from leading brands, we pass substantial savings straight to you. Our mission is simple — to make stylish, durable furniture affordable for everyone, without ever compromising on quality or service.

Very happy with our purchases.
Found the perfect sofa and armchair for one of our investment properties and the team were very helpful. Carolyn was so friendly and helpful from the moment we entered the showroom. Then the rest of the team were great in preparing and delivery.
The sofa is excellent quality and at such an unbelievable low price. The swivel armchair is so comfortable and stunning and once again at such a low price. Both bought for under a £1000!
I will use this company again and highly recommend you go see them too.
Thank you guys.
> **A huge thank you to Heatons Furniture for the excellent Nova Pro 2000 mattress!**
> For a long time, I had been searching for the right mattress, looking through countless offers and visiting various stores, but I couldn't find the perfect fit—until I came across Heatons' offers.
> The **Nova Pro** mattress immediately caught my eye, and seeing all its excellent reviews convinced me to buy it. It turned out to be the best decision!
> As for the purchasing experience, as soon as I placed my order online, I received a notification that it was ready for pickup. When I went to collect it, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful!
> The mattress itself is extremely comfortable—perfectly soft yet medium-firm enough to give full support to my back and body. The height is also ideal on my bed frame. I bought the **King size**, and I haven't regretted it for a single moment!
> **Thank you, thank you, thank you, Heatons Furniture !** ❤️

The sofa itself is really lovely. There was a little issue with some damage but I have sorted that out with the manager and I'm really pleased with the sofa itself. Thank you.
