Delivery will be carried out by one of our trusted 2-man delivery partners, with all deliveries made to your room of choice where access allows. Standard delivery is usually within 7-10 days.

Orders over £500 qualify for FREE delivery. Orders under this value will incur a delivery charge of £39.99.

We also offer delivery to Northern Ireland. All orders to Northern Ireland carry a surcharge of £75.

If the item is faultless, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Where free delivery was applied to the original order, please contact us for a return price.

If you order from one of our made-to-order ranges, please note that these items are handcrafted specifically for you and cannot be returned if unsuitable. This does not affect your statutory rights, warranty, or any items that arrive damaged or faulty.

For hygiene reasons, mattresses that have been removed from their original packaging and used cannot be returned if found to be unsuitable.

Would you like us to not only remove your old mattress, but to ensure its recycled too? Our delivery team are able to take your old mattress on the day we deliver your new one - making things much easier for you.

Please note: All we ask is that you ensure all bedding is removed prior to arrival of the team
