Our Bespoke Made-to-Order Range, part of our exclusive Lounge Club Collection, allows you to create a sofa that’s tailored to your space and style. Each piece is made to order, with a choice of fabrics and colours, and on selected models, a choice of leg styles or finishes.

Every sofa is crafted to order by trusted manufacturers, using high-quality materials, solid frames and carefully selected fabrics. Because each piece is made specifically for you, production begins once your order is placed, with delivery to your home typically within 4–6 weeks.

Would you like your new purchase unwrapped, assembled and the packaging taken away by our delivery partners?

PLEASE NOTE: There is a £50 surcharge for this service which will be added to the overall cost of your order at the checkout.

Would you like us to not only remove your old sofa, but to ensure its recycled too? Our delivery team are able to take your old sofa on the day we deliver your new one - making things much easier for you.

Please note: Our removal service is offered on a like-for-like basis. For example, if you purchase a two-seater sofa, we will remove one two-seater sofa; if you purchase an armchair, we will remove one armchair, and so on.

Delivery will be carried out by one of our trusted 2-man delivery partners. Standard delivery is usually within 10 days.

Orders over £500 can benefit from FREE delivery. Orders under this amount will be charged £19.99 on orders under £199 and £39.99 on orders £200 - £499 

We offer delivery to Northern Ireland. All orders carry a surcharge of £99. Standard delivery is 10-14 working days. Please contact us for more information.

Returns - In the unlikely event you're not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund less any delivery costs.  

PLEASE NOTE - If the item is faultless, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item back to us. If free shipping was used on the initial order, please contact us for a price.  

IMPORTANT: If you order from one of our ‘made to order’ ranges this is handmade just for you and cannot be returned if unsuitable, this doesn’t affect your warranty or any damages.
