Condition: Our ex-display sofas are all new, they can be cancelled orders or showroom models but are in near perfect condition. There may be the occasional cosmetic mark on the sofa / the feet or underside of the item but nothing that detracts from the quality of the item. Anything significant is pictured at the time the sofa is inspected.

Delivery - Delivery will be carried out by one of our trusted 2-man delivery partners. Standard delivery is 10-14 working days.
Orders over £500 can benefit from FREE delivery. Orders under this amount will be charged £19.99 on orders under £199 and £39.99 on orders £200 - £499
Returns - In the unlikely event you're not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.
