It is common for feet to show the odd mark, for dust sheets on the underside to have small tears, and for there to be the occasional light fabric mark. We will always clearly highlight any significant defects, and these will be reflected in the price. Minor or purely cosmetic marks may not be listed individually.

Delivery will be carried out by one of our trusted 2-man delivery partners, with all deliveries made to your room of choice where access allows. Standard delivery is usually within 5-7 days.

Orders over £500 qualify for FREE delivery. Orders under this value will incur a delivery charge of £39.99.

We also offer delivery to Northern Ireland. All orders to Northern Ireland carry a surcharge of £75.

If the item is unsuitable or not required, the customer will be responsible for returning the item to us, ensuring it arrives in the same condition it arrived.

If you order from one of our made-to-order ranges, please note that these items are handcrafted specifically for you and cannot be returned if unsuitable. This does not affect your statutory rights, warranty, or any items that arrive damaged or faulty.

For hygiene reasons, mattresses that have been removed from their original packaging and used cannot be returned if found to be unsuitable.
