These items may include brand-new cancelled orders, end-of-line or discontinued fabrics, development or sample models, ex-display pieces, or quality-control returns with minor cosmetic imperfections.
All clearance items are sold as clearance, meaning they may not be 100% perfect. Every piece is unwrapped, carefully checked and photographed by our team. It is common for feet to show the odd mark, for dust sheets on the underside to have small tears, and for there to be the occasional light fabric mark. We will always clearly highlight any significant defects, and these will be reflected in the price. Minor or purely cosmetic marks may not be listed individually.
This approach allows us to offer exceptional furniture at outlet prices, with full transparency on condition — so you know exactly what you’re buying, and the price always reflects the condition.

Delivery will be carried out by one of our trusted 2-man delivery partners, with all deliveries made to your room of choice where access allows. Standard delivery is usually within 5-7 days.
Orders over £500 qualify for FREE delivery. Orders under this value will incur a delivery charge of £39.99.
We also offer delivery to Northern Ireland. All orders to Northern Ireland carry a surcharge of £75.

If the item is unsuitable or not required, the customer will be responsible for returning the item to us, ensuring it arrives in the same condition it arrived.
If you order from one of our made-to-order ranges, please note that these items are handcrafted specifically for you and cannot be returned if unsuitable. This does not affect your statutory rights, warranty, or any items that arrive damaged or faulty.
For hygiene reasons, mattresses that have been removed from their original packaging and used cannot be returned if found to be unsuitable.

Would you like us to not only remove your old sofa, but to ensure its recycled too? Our delivery team are able to take your old sofa on the day we deliver your new one - making things much easier for you.
Please note: Our removal service is offered on a like-for-like basis. For example, if you purchase a two-seater sofa, we will remove one two-seater sofa; if you purchase an armchair, we will remove one armchair, and so on.
