Delivery & Returns

Delivery will be carried out by one of our trusted 2-man delivery partners, with all deliveries made to your room of choice where access allows. Standard delivery is usually within 5-7 days.

Orders over £500 qualify for FREE delivery. Orders under this value will incur a delivery charge of £39.99.

We also offer delivery to Northern Ireland. All orders to Northern Ireland carry a surcharge of £75.

Returns - In the unlikely event that you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Terms and conditions apply — please click here for full details.

If the item is unsuitable or not required, the customer will be responsible for returning the item to us, ensuring it arrives in the same condition it arrived.
