Condition: Our ex-display sofas are all new and are likely to showroom models but are in near perfect condition. Every sofa / armchair is thoroughly inspected and anything significant will be detailed. Generally, there may be the occasional cosmetic mark on the sofa / the feet or underside of the item but nothing that detracts from the quality of the item.

This has been on display for a period of time and is priced accordingly, we provide a 12 months warranty with this sofa but it is purchased sold as seen and not returnable.

Delivery - Delivery will be carried out by one of our trusted 2-man delivery partners. Standard delivery is 10-14 working days.

Orders over £500 can benefit from FREE delivery. Orders under this amount will be charged £19.99 on orders under £199 and £39.99 on orders £200 - £499

Returns - In the unlikely event you're not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.

PLEASE NOTE - If the item is faultless, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item back to us. If free shipping was used on the initial order, the standard delivery charge will be deducted from the cost of your refund.
