Delivery will be carried out by one of our trusted 2-man delivery partners, with all deliveries made to your room of choice where access allows. Standard delivery is usually within 5-7 days.
Orders over £500 qualify for FREE delivery. Orders under this value will incur a delivery charge of £39.99.
We also offer delivery to Northern Ireland. All orders to Northern Ireland carry a surcharge of £75.

If the item is unsuitable or not required, the customer will be responsible for returning the item to us, ensuring it arrives in the same condition it arrived.
If you order from one of our made-to-order ranges, please note that these items are handcrafted specifically for you and cannot be returned if unsuitable. This does not affect your statutory rights, warranty, or any items that arrive damaged or faulty.
For hygiene reasons, mattresses that have been removed from their original packaging and used cannot be returned if found to be unsuitable.

Please note: Our removal service is offered on a like-for-like basis. For example, if you purchase a two-seater sofa, we will remove one two-seater sofa; if you purchase an armchair, we will remove one armchair, and so on.
