Condition: Our ex-display sofas are all new and are likely to showroom models but are in near perfect condition. Every sofa / armchair is thoroughly inspected and anything significant will be detailed. Generally, there may be the occasional cosmetic mark on the sofa / the feet or underside of the item but nothing that detracts from the quality of the item unless noted. Please note the only issue with this sofa set is the power headrests make a slight noise when in use, the operation is completely fine.

Returns - In the unlikely event you're not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.
PLEASE NOTE - If the item is faultless, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item back to us. If free shipping was used on the initial order, the standard delivery charge will be deducted from the cost of your refund.
