Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! Shipping is free with every order from Heaton's Furniture. So you can add that to the list of savings you'll make shopping with us.

How long does delivery take?

Once your payment has been made your order will go straight through to the delivery team.

If your order is coming with one of our preferred third party couriers, we will send you an email once we have dispatched it.

This email will tell you the name of the courier and the tracking number if applicable, so you can stay updated all the way.

Once collected by our preferred delivery service you should expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days.

Which delivery method do you use?

We will either use our own vehicle to complete the delivery or one of our preferred third party delivery services.

This may be a 1 man or 2 man delivery depending on the size and weight of the item(s).

Some couriers might deliver the items on a curb side or leave them in front of the door.

Ground floor delivery only. We do not deliver to Ireland or Northern Ireland.

Can I return my order?

If you wish to return your items, our returns policy allows you to return your item(s) within 30 days after receiving the items.

Returning items is at the buyers expense.

If your items are unfortunately faulty, there will be no charge for collection.

What You Need to Know Before You Start a Return:

  • Returning an item(s) is at your expense
  • Please contact our customer service team before returning any item by emailing help@heatonsfurniture.com


What Cannot be Returned Under the 30 Day Returns Policy

  • Altered goods
  • Items that are no longer in their original condition and packaging
  • Commercial Orders
  • Ex-Display Clearance items


Faulty and damaged items will be eligible for a return and no collection fee will be charged.
